A few sensible questions.

The aim is to make print setup simpler without pretending every file problem can be magically repaired.

Will my image be cropped?
No. JPG and PNG conversion keeps the complete uploaded image. If its proportions differ from the finished size, the resize can stretch the artwork instead.
Will a low-resolution image become sharp?
No. Resizing does not recreate detail that is missing from the source. We warn you when image quality may be too low for the size selected.
What happens to JPG and PNG files?
They are converted to PDF first. The PDF is then resized and prepared for print, and the finished file is checked again before download.
How long do you keep my file?
Files are stored privately while they are processed and scheduled for deletion after 14 days.
